Social Security: Description

The Social Security Administration enforces economic security by managing America's Social Security programs. These programs include Medicare coverage, planning for retirement, receiving benefits from pension and learning about savings and investments. Social Security also offers assistance for those who have been affected by injury, disability, or the loss of a spouse.

Social Security: Requirements

1. Complete and sign the waiver of the Privacy Act.

2. Send the waiver, along with any relevant information, to our office.
